Our Union With Christ

Too often we talk about salvation in a way that, while being Christ-centered, puts Christ at too far of a distance. Jesus is over there, accomplishing salvation by dying on the cross and rising again. We are over here unworthy creatures and yet through his love and mercy, we are saved. We are thankful and go on our way, trying to do our best to please him. Our union with Christ is the center of our spiritual reality. It is by being united in him and fused to him that we have all that we have in salvation
