Passing Life's Spiritual Tests
January 23, 2011 Speaker: David Forsyth
Scripture: James 1:1–12
In God's economy, Believers must frequently take spiritual exams in order to grow in our walk of faith and be increasingly conformed to the image of Christ. These exams come in the form of trials. When trials come we must accept them with the right attitude. Failure to do so may mean we must study and take them again. Are you unsure of how to respond to hardship or trial? This sermon from the first chapter of the book of James shows us how we can pass spiritual tests by cultivating the right attitude, accepting that there is no other way, employing divine assistance, and correctly apprising reality.
