The Blessed Life: Gospel Character in the Beatitudes

In a world that celebrates pride, self-sufficiency, and personal success, Jesus calls His people to a very different way of life—one marked by humility, meekness, mercy, purity, and faithfulness. Join us this summer for a 10-week study of the Beatitudes as we examine the character traits that identify those who belong to Christ’s kingdom. Together, we will see how the Beatitudes expose our need for the grace of Christ and display the kind of life the Holy Spirit produces in His people. Come be encouraged to pursue a life that is shaped by the gospel, marked by humility, and blessed by God. This course will be based on Jerry Bridges’ book The Blessing of Humility. You’re welcome to purchase a copy and read along, or simply come with your Bible and participate in the study.
