• Jesus heals Bartimaeus who was blind
• Elizabeth Fry showed love to imprisoned women and their children by setting up schools for them and sharing the Gospel with them.
• You can follow Jesus’ example by showing love to people others might ignore

The Grateful Leper

Luke 17:11-19

• The fruit of the Spirit-Joy
• Jesus heals the 10 lepers but only one thanked Him
• Frances Crosby who was blind wrote many hymns to show her love and thankfulness to God
• You can show joy by giving God thanks for the many good things He has given to you

• The Lost Sheep parable shows us how much God loves us
• Dwight Moody traveled all over America and England to preach about Jesus and the joy that comes from being a Christian
