- Paul wanted to spread the Gospel and served the Lord with humility, obedience and joy
- Paul is an example for believers to imitate as he imitated Jesus Christ
- Don’t let difficulty stop you from obeying Christ
- Be an example to others of how to obey Christ

God Keeps His Promise to Protect Paul
Acts 27:1-44
- Paul sailed on a ship that was to take him to Rome
- The ship was in a great storm and the crew was afraid
- An angel, sent from God, encouraged Paul not to fear and that all the men would be safe
- God kept His promise and all the men were safe

Acts 28:16–31
- Paul told the Jews in Rome that he was innocent
- Paul shared the Gospel and taught God’s Word while in Rome
- If you’re saved, pray that God will continue to open your ears to His truth

John Testifies to the Exalted Jesus Christ
Revelation 1:1-20
- Jesus is the “Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” the One “who was and who is to come, the Almighty”
- John sees Jesus Christ in all His glory
- Be encouraged that Christ continues to love and look after His people
- Obey Jesus Christ as King and Lord of entire universe
