2.       Listen to the message by John MacArthur on “Understanding Baptism”

3.       Write Personal Testimony to be read at Baptism

 

Ø      Type on one page. Should generally be about 250 words in length. Please put it in a plastic sheet protector in order to preserve during service.

Ø      Introduce yourself

Ø      Short statement of your life before Christ

Ø      How you came to believe / what you believe about Christ

Ø      How Christ has changed you

Ø      Reason for wanting to be baptized

Ø      Pledge of your desire to continue in obedience to Christ

 

4.       Meet with a Pastor or church staff to discuss any questions, review testimony,
          and take a tour of the baptism facilities.
